50th Chamber Banquet Jan. 26 at Tenroc Ranch

January 17, 2017 by News Reporter Leave a Comment

Salado Chamber of Commerce/Tourism Bureau will host its 50th Annual Awards Banquet at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 26 at Tenroc Ranch in Salado.

Tickets are available for $50 per person or $90 per couple. Tables of eight are available for $450.

The meal will be catered by The Range at the Barton House.

The evening will also include live music, a silent raffle and a live auction.

Since this is the 50th Year of the banquet special recognition will be given to any and all past Chairs of the Board of Directors.

Each year, Salado Chamber/Tourism recognizes the work of volunteers and business owners through its annual awards. Awards include Business of the Year, Citizen of the Year, Hall of Fame and Ambassador of the Year. Recognition is also given to outgoing Directors and Advisory Chairs. This year Tim Fleischer has completed his term and will be leaving the board. Incoming Directors that are brand new to the board will also be recognized and include Josh Bratton and Travis Quicksall as alternate.

Outgoing Chairman Melanie Kirchmeier will hand the gavel over to 2017 Chairman Dave Swarthout.

Payments may be made in person at the Salado Visitor’s Center, 831 N. Main St. Salado or via mail at Salado Chamber of Commerce/Tourism P.O. Box 849, Salado, TX 76571 or call 254-947-5040 or go to www.salado.com
