4:50-5:25 p.m., 4300 Block Amanda Dr. Out to a patient having suicidal problems. Arrived on scene to find Scott & White Medic on scene with patient care. Patient was suffering from dementia and appeared to be getting worse, no further assist needed and all units cleared. 2 units, 3 personnel.
10:10-10:40 a.m., FM 2268 and FM 2115. Motor vehicle accident, 1 vehicle on side of embankment with moderate damage due to obvious roll over, but was back on wheels. Driver complained of a little tenderness in her neck. Applied C-collar and held C-spine. Scott & White transported. 3 units, 6 personnel.
Jan. 20
10:43-11:16 a.m., 100 Block Rock Creek. Out in reference to a fall. Patient denied any injuries. Assisted patient off the floor and into chair. Scott & White arrived and obtained a “Transport Refusal”. All units cleared. 2 units, 2 personnel.
4:12-4:37 p.m., 1100 Block Salado Oaks. 87 year old male victim of a fall. Patient denied any injuries. Assisted patient, still denied any injuries. Cleared. 2 units, 5 personnel.
6:40-6:48 p.m., Smith Dairy and Amity Rd. One vehicle rollover. I arrived on scene to find patient about 100’ from the vehicle. Patient was standing up, he was alert, cut on right foot. Patient states he is ok, he did not have seat belt on, his car did roll over. Patient care given to Belton EMS. 4 units, 6 personnel.
Jan. 21
12:00-12:12 a.m., 1500 Block FM 2268. Out to a fire alarm, went en route but was canceled by alarm company before arrival. 2 units, 2 personnel.
Jan. 23
8:24-9:10 a.m., 10000 Block Hodge Canyon. Out for a general illness call, patient weak. Arrived on scene to find patient laying on bed, patient was aware. Got vitals on patient and charted them. Got patient history. Scott & White arrived on scene and took over patient care. Scott & White transported. 2 units, 2 personnel.
1:54-2:33 p.m., 600 Block Prairie Dell Church Rd. Priority 3 then upgraded to priority 2 fall victim. Arrived on scene to find 89 year old female laying on floor. Patient had been on floor an unknown length of time. patient was not responding appropriately according to neighbors. Patient was awake but not able to respond to verbal commands. Performed rapid trauma assessment and performed initial vitals. Patient showed positive signs of possible cva. Placed patient on O2. Reassessed vital signs and radioed report to Scott & White Medic unit. Continued to monitor patient until Scott & White arrival. Re-advised Scott & White on patient report and assisted in moving patient from floor to stretcher. Assisted with loading into truck. Scott & White transported. All units cleared. 1 unit, 3 personnel.
