The Taste of Salado and Art Auction is celebrating the art of hospitality by serving signature recipes from Salado’s finest Bed and Breakfasts.
These recipes will be interpreted by award winning Chef Dave Hermann owner of The Range restaurant located in the historic Barton House.
With this sumptuous food, June Ritterbusch, owner of the Salado Wine Company will be serving wines created from her grapes, harvested and bottled right here in Salado.
These viniculture and culinary experiences are followed by a live auction for art work donated by the Salado art community.
The event’s proceeds support the growing public art displayed throughout Salado’s streets and public buildings. Salado’s public art walk gives everyone who visits an opportunity to experience all forms of local art. In addition to procuring art for the general public to enjoy P.A.L.S. is developing new initiatives to provide funds to support local artists in the creation of art that is purchased by PALS and displayed in public venues.
