Born on June 23, 1934 in Cedar Knob, Texas to Nallie and Cora Mae Sutton, she lived a life marked by unwavering commitment and deep connection to those around her. 

Karen Virginia Kinnison

Karen Virginia Kinnison passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 27, 2025, with her children by her side. Karen was born in San Antonio, Texas to Paul and Virginia Saunders Kinnison. Karen, together with her older brother, Paul Jr. (Kin) and younger brother, William Edgar (Bill), spent her childhood moving nearly every two years throughout the United States and abroad while Paul Sr. served in the Army. The military lifestyle created strong family ties, while also forcing the children to be outgoing, fast to make friends and instilling a sense of adventure that Karen fostered throughout her lifetime.

Dr. Robert Edward McClung

Dr. Robert Edward McClung passed away on January 12, 2025 at the age of 76. He was born in Dallas, Texas on October 26, 1948 to Edward and Jane McClung. Dr. McClung was a lifelong scholar, so much so that listing out all his degrees has proved difficult. In addition to his undergrad degree at Centenary College, he obtained a Masters Degree and PhD from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He then went on to obtain his MD from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
