Salado varsity Eagles cross country team placed fourth in the UIL 4A State Cross Country Meet held at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock Nov. 1.

The Salado boys cross country team delivered a standout performance on Sept. 11 at their home meet hosted at Tenroc Ranch. With strong competition across multiple divisions, the Eagles rose to the occasion, highlighted by the Varsity Boys capturing the championship in the 5A/6A race.

The Salado Lady Eagles showcased their strength and determination at their home cross country meet held Thursday, September 11, at Tenroc Ranch. In preparation for the upcoming district meet, the team competed on a challenging 2-mile course known for its grueling uphill finish, a signature feature of the Tenroc Ranch layout.

Salado Lady Eagles ran in the McNeil Invitational Cross Country meet Sept. 20. This meet provided a preview of the UIL state course. The varsity girls ran against a talented field of runners from state ranked 4A and 3A teams. 

The Salado Eagles cross country teams hosted the Tenroc Invitational in Salado Sept. 12. The varsity boys raced up a division and walked away with the 5A/6A Championship plaque. The JV boys placed fifth in the JV race. 

Salado Lady Eagles competed in the Pro-Fit Cross Country Invitational on Aug. 30, winning the 5A-6A Division with 35 points.

Salado Lady Eagles won both the varsity and JV divisions of the Tenroc Ranch Invitational cross country meet on Sept. 14.
