1:24-1:39 p.m., I-35 286 area Southbound. Dispatched to a possible Motor Vehicle Collision at I-35 286 MM. En route and dispatch advised that caller had not stopped and was still driving and was unknown where he/she was located. Found nothing. 1 unit, 7 personnel.
8:33-9:04 a.m., 1000 Block West Village Rd. Out for a female patient difficulty breathing. Arrived on scene to find patient sitting on the floor, patient was aware. Patient stated she took a 5 hour energy drink and felt flushed. Obtained vitals and charted. Scott & White medic arrived on scene and took over patient care. Patient transported. 1 unit, 1 personnel.
May 4
2:59-3:04 p.m., 3600 Block Elmer King Rd. Out to Armstrong Rd. for an alarm. Arrived on scene to find a structure fire at 3600 Block Elmer King Rd., called for mutual aid from Belton, Holland and Little River VFD. The workshop structure was fully involved upon arrival. Used deck gun an 1 3/4 line to extinguish fire with the assistance of Holland LRVFD and Belton Approximately 10,000 gallons of water was used to extinguish fire. Fire Marshall arrived on scene and did investigation, determined possible electrical was the cause of fire. 7 units, 11 personnel.
4:08-4:37 p.m., 1000 Block Salado School Rd. Out priority 2 for a 3 year old female locked inside a vehicle not running. Went en route and arrived on scene to find patient int he vehicle with it not running. Patient was not in any apparent distress. Used lock out tool to unlocked the vehicle. Patient was removed from vehicle and was assessed. Patient clear and had no complaints. Patient was monitored until Scott & White medic arrived on scene and took over patient care. Scott & White got a no transport. 2 units, 2 personnel.
11:39 p.m.- 12:14 a.m., 1000 Block Wildberry Circle. Out priority 2 for a 14 year old female with tongue/throat swelling. Went en route and arrived on scene to find the patient sitting on the couch aware with no apparent distress. Patient stated her tongue was tingling as well as her throat. Patient was placed on monitor and vitals were taken and charted. Patient was monitored until Scott & White Medic arrived on scene and took over patient care. Patient was moved to stretcher and into ambulance. Scott & White transported. 1 unit, 3 personnel.
May 5
6:53-7:00 a.m., 14900 Block Spotted Horse Ln. Out to a fire alarm going off. Went en route but was canceled by home owner on scene. They advised false alarm. 2 units, 3 personnel.
May 6
10:45-11:07 a.m., 1600 Block Tahuaya Rd. Dispatched priority 1. Arrived on scene to find a 90 year old male patient laying in bed. Patient was aware and caregiver advised he was a hospice/DNR patient. Patient said he wanted to be transported to ER. Scott & White Medic arrived on scene and SFD transferred patient care. 2 units, 4 personnel.
6:22-6:59 p.m., 1500 Block Rose Ln. Out for a female patient passed out. Arrived on scene to find the patient laying on floor, bystander/family member doing CPR. Assessed patient, patient was alert to verbal command by eye movement. Obtained base line vitals. Placed 12 lead on patient. Patient began agonal breathing. Placed NRB at 15 lpm, patient vitals declined. Began CPR, Belton Medic arrived on scene and took over patient care. Patient regained pulse after meds were pushed. Belton Medic transported. 3 units, 6 personnel.
