1:21-1:58 a.m., FM 2268 and I-35 Service Rd. NB. Out to a Motor Vehicle Accident unknown injuries. Arrived on scene to find 1 vehicle in the ditch at the intersection of I-35 NB Service Rd. and FM 2268 with major front end and back end damage. 1 patient was out of the vehicle walking around and had no complaints. No other patients in the vehicle. The vehicle had struck a intersection light right off service rd. Scott & White arrived on scene and got a no transport on patient. No further assistance needed and all units cleared. 3 units, 6 personnel.
11:28 a.m.- 12:00 p.m., 1000 Block Williamson Rd., out for an 86 year old victim of a fall. Arrived on scene with medic to find patient laying on the couch. Scott & White had patient care, assisted moving the patient to the stretcher and Scott & White transported. 1 unit, 2 personnel.
1:17-3:46 p.m., 4100 Block FM 2484. Out to a structure fire, arrived on scene to find a large shed behind the house with heavy smoke showing and BCSO Constable on scene and was helping the homeowner and Fire Department gain access to the building. BCSO took bolt cutters and cut the locks for Fire Department and helped pull oxygen and propane bottles away from the building. Pulled a preconnect and began attack on the fire . Used around 3,000 gallons of water to extinguish the fire. Notified dispatch to get ONCOR for a disconnect of power and to notify the Fire Marshal for investigation. Extinguished all the fire and all hot spots and no other fire dangers found so all units cleared. 7 units, 11 personnel.
3:30-3:39 p.m., 2268 and I-35. Out in reference to a vehicle fire. Arrived on scene to find a vehicle that had blown a hose during a police pursuit, per Police Department. No fire, no threats. 2 units, 4 personnel.
Feb. 16
3:20-3:49 a.m., 10100 Block Brewer. Out to a female having an allergic reaction. Arrived on scene to find a 57 year old female sitting in a chair. Patient was red all over her body. Patient stated she took an Epipen shot at 3:30, vital signs as charted, lungs clear. Gave patient report to medic who took over care. Assisted with loading patient, patient transported. 1 unit, 2 personnel.
11:07-11:44 a.m., 8400 Block Rita Bend Dr. Arrived on scene to find a 68 year old female on floor in obvious pain. Patient stated she slipped and twisted her knee. Obvious signs of deformity. Ice bag placed on knee. Scott & White arrived on scene and a report was given to medic who took over patient care. Knee placed in a splint. Patient transported. 2 units, 4 personnel.
1:30-2:15 p.m., 18800 Block Crows Ranch Rd. Out to a patient with chest pain. Arrived on scene to find the patient sitting in living room. Patient stated she had been having chest pain off and on and when she had pain it was a 8 on pain scale. Got vitals and charted them. Scott & White arrived on scene and took over patient care. Assisted with loading patient, Scott & White transported. 2 units, 2 personnel.
Feb. 17
11:44-11:59 p.m., 283 SB IH-35. Arrived on scene to find a very minor accident involving two 18 wheelers with minimal damage. All patients refused EMS. 2 units, 3 personnel.
Feb. 18
10:11-11:51 a.m., 1500 Block Live Oak Cemetery Rd. Dispatched a water tank to assist in Youngsport for a structure fire, one load of water. 1 unit, 2 personnel.
5:07-5:45 p.m., FM 2115 and Hackberry. 1 car Motor Vehicle Collision where a driver reportedly lost control and rolled his car into a ditch. The 25 year old male driving the vehicle had self extricated and prior to our arrival. Patient complained of right knee pain. Ice pack was applied and he refused further medical treatment and transport. 3 units, 5 personnel.
Feb. 19
2:13-3:43 a.m., MM 286 S. I-35. Arrived on scene to find a 18 wheeler had hit the outside wall. One lane of traffic blocked control traffic. Scott & White Medic had patient contact. 2 units, 3 personnel.
10:46-10:55 a.m., 500 Block FM 2268. Medical alarm, canceled.
5:43-6:23 p.m., 15700 Block S IH 35. Patient care given to Scott & White. 2 units, 2 personnel.
Feb. 20
7:14-7:22 p.m., 3400 Block W. Amity. Out in reference to a child locked in a vehicle. Arrived on scene to find the vehicle unlocked and the child out. 2 units, 3 personnel.
Feb. 21
7:11-7:40 a.m., 1200 Block Elmer King. Out to a patient with abdominal pain. Went en route and Belton advised they needed no further assistance.
10:57-11:08 a.m., 500 Block FM 2268. Out priority 3 to an unknown status medical alarm. Individual accidentally pressed alarm. 2 units, 2 personnel.
Feb. 21
11:47 a.m.- 12:00 p.m., 11300 Block Brewer Rd. Out priority 3 to unconscious person. No ems needed. 1 unit, 3 personnel.
3:19-3:38 p.m., 3100 Block FM 2484. Arrived on scene to find 1 vehicle off this roadway with moderate damage. Established scene safety and traffic control. Patient out of vehicle, patient refused transport. 3 units, 6 personnel.
9:17-9:55 p.m., 11200 Block Irene Lane. Out for a patient having a panic attack. Staged while BCSO made contact with patient. Scott & White arrived on scene and also staged. BCSO advised no need for FD or EMS. 2 units, 2 personnel.
