12:24-1:09 a.m., 282 NB Rest Area. Psych patient possible suicide. Staged with EMS until BCSO arrived on scene and gave clearance for arrival. 1 unit, 1 personnel.
7:14-8:00 a.m., 2100 Block Chisholm Trail. Out to a victim of a fall. Arrived on scene to find patient laying in hallway. Scott & White EMS arrived on scene and took over patient care. Assisted with loading patient. Scott & White transported. 1 unit, 1 personnel.
9:58-10:26 a.m., 3500 Block FM 2484. Patient having seizures. Arrived on scene to find patient in room at the Scott & White Clinic 1 unit, 1 personnel.
8:42-10:15 p.m., 1500 Block FM 2268. Out to a patient that had fallen and broken wrist in possible domestic and now had taken off on foot. EMS was not needed and all units cleared. 2 units, 4 personnel.
March 29
8:11-8:31 a.m., 3900 Block Lorli Lane. Out for a patient that needed blood sugar checked. Arrived on scene to find Scott & White on scene. 2 units, 2 personnel.
2:23-2:51 p.m., 1800 Block Williams Rd. Out to 1800 Block Williams Rd for a 42 year old female with chest and abdominal pain. Went en route and arrived on scene to find the patient sitting in the drivers seat of her vehicle. Scott & White Medic arrived on scene and took over patient care. Medic transported. 2 units, 2 personnel.
March 30
12:04-12:39 a.m., 13200 Block Blackberry Rd. Priority 1 for a 43 year old female patient who would not wake up. Scott & White Medic arrived on scene and took over patient care. Medic transported patient.
4:48-5:20 p.m., 3500 Block FM 2484. Out for a patient with hypertension problems. Scott & White Medic transported. 1 unit, 2 personnel.
11:17-11:59 p.m., Kuykendall and Granger Rd. Out to a motor Motor Vehicle Accident with unknown injuries. Arrived on scene to find Scott & White arriving, they had all patient care, no injuries. The vehicle had struck a power pole and pole was hanging in the air. Set up scene safety and had dispatch contact ONCOR. DPS arrived on scene and took over scene. 2 units, 2 personnel.
11:59 p.m.- 2:27 a.m., 300 Block Thomas Arnold Rd. Out to a traffic accident at 18800 Block Kuykendall. Rescue 2 went en route from Station 2, along the way I noticed a lot of smoke out by the engine block. I parked Rescue 2 in a parking lot at 300 Block Thomas Arnold Rd. got out of the rescue truck to investigate where the smoke was coming from. Noticed a small fire on the driver side wheel well. Got on the radio to call for assistance. Engine 2 arrived on scene we pulled a red line end started attacking the fire. Checked for anymore fire hazards and found none. 3 units, 5 personnel.
March 31
10:09-10:52 a.m., 1600 Block Guess Dr. Out to a patient that was sick, dizzy and vomiting. Scott & White transported. 1 unit, 2 personnel.
1:44-2:08 p.m., 10600 Block Crows Ranch Rd. Out for an unknown fire. Arrived on scene to find 28 foot travel trailer, small fire in wall, extinguished fire. 2 units, 5 personnel.
2:58-3:12 p.m., 3500 Block FM 2484. Arrived on scene to find patient with clinic staff. Stood by until cleared by staff. 1 unit, 1 personnel.
3:09-5:02 p.m., Main St. and NB Service Rd. Out to Main St. and Stagecoach Rd. for a Motor Vehicle Accident involving a semi truck. Arrived on scene to find a Motor Vehicle Accident involving three vehicle two with major damage. Small fire on 18 wheeler was extinguished with approximately 50 gallons of water. Patient was trapped in vehicle hit by 18 wheeler. Extricated patient from vehicle, both patient’s from other vehicles refused EMS care. Patient extricated was transported. 4 units, 7 personnel.
April 1
11:53 a.m.- 12:28 p.m., 282 NB I-35. Motor Vehicle Accident. Arrived on scene to find a Motor Vehicle Accident involving 1 vehicle with moderate damage. Wrecker arrived on scene and got the vehicle loaded. No more needed from FD, lane was reopened. 2 units, 4 personnel.
1:18-2:06 p.m., 12300 Block Crows Ranch Rd. Out to a possible suicidal thoughts. Arrived on scene and staged by the road until scene was clear. Scene was clear for EMS, dispatch notified FD and EMS that scene was okay. Made access to front of home and BCSO advised no need for EMS and FD patient was dead on arrival. All units cleared. 2 units, 3 personnel.
April 2
11:04-11:41 a.m., 1600 Block Brazos Ct. Out priority 3 for a 77 year old male not able to move. Scott & White transported. 2 units, 2 personnel.
12:22-12:50 p.m., 350 Block FM 2484. Out priority 2 for a 66 year old victim of a fall. Medic arrived on scene and transported patient. 2 units, 4 personnel.
6:47-7:29 p.m., 1600 Block and West Amity. Out priority 1 for a Motor Vehicle Accident involving a rollover. Went en route and arrived on scene to find the patient out of the vehicle, aware. Patient said she had right and left bilateral pain in her lower back and a small cut on her left arm. Patient had no other complaints and vitals were then taken and charted. Scott & White Medic arrived on scene and took over patient care. Patient was moved to the ambulance and was transported. 4 units, 5 personnel.
8:25-9:17 p.m., 285 NB. Out priority 2 for a 1 vehicle accident. Went en route and arrived on scene to find one vehicle pulling a small trailer. Vehicle had moderate damage with one priority 3 patient. Patient denied any EMS treatment. Scene safety and traffic control was provided. The inside lane was blocked. Medic arrived on scene and got a no transport Stayed on scene until wrecker arrived. Wrecker towed the truck and command 2 towed the trailer to the Brookshire gas station. Trailer was left with PD and the tow truck. 5 units, 7 personnel.
April 3
5:08-6:22 a.m., 281 NB. Possible single vehicle rollover between the 281 and 283 NB. Flat bed trailer rolled in the ditch. 4 units, 6 personnel.
8:54-9:34 a.m., 10300 Block FM 2484. Stand by for a potential out of control, control burn. Arrived on scene to find 3 large brush piles one fully engulfed while the other two had not been ignited. 2 units, 3 personnel.
2:15-2:46 p.m., 286 SB. Went en route and arrived on scene to find 3 vehicles in the inside lane with all occupants out of vehicle. All vehicles were removed from Highway. 5 units, 6 personnel.
2:22-3:30 p.m., 1600 Block Cheyenne Pass. Out priority 1 for a 35 year old male with a rattlesnake bite. Assisted with patient care. Landing zone was set up and coordinated. Air Evac transported. 2 units, 5 personnel.
4:55-5:36 p.m., 800 Block N. Main St. Priority 3 for a 59 year old victim of a fall. Patient denied any neck or back pain. Patient was placed on the monitor and vitals were taken and charted. Patient was left in position of comfort. Patient was further assessed and history was taken. Patient was monitored until Scott & White Medic arrived on scene and transported. 2 units, 4 personnel.
