10:05-10:41 a.m., 9900 Block Live Oak. Out to Live Oak Rd. for a psych patient. Staged until safe scene given by BCSO. Approached scene and talked to BCSO. Scott & White Medic arrived on scene and took over patient care. Scott & White transported, all units cleared. 1 unit, 2 personnel.
Jan. 5
7:04-7:22 a.m., N. Lake View. Out for a lift assist only. Arrived on scene to find patient laying on floor. Patient had no complaints just needed help up. Assisted patient up and set down in chair, no further assist needed and all units cleared. 1 unit, 1 personnel.
12:23-12:49 p.m., 500 Block Prairie Dell Church Rd. Out for a psych call, possible talk out of hurting themselves. Staged and BCSO arrived on scene and then advised no further EMS assist needed. All units cleared. 2 units, 2 personnel.
3:55-6:01 p.m., 200 Block NB. Out to a Motor Vehicle Accident with unknown injuries. Arrived on scene to find Jarrell Police Department on scene of a 3 vehicle accident with minor damage to vehicles. Checked for injuries and found none. Scott & White arrived on scene and got no transports on patients. Set up traffic control and scene safety and closed the inside lane with the help of Bell County Constable P2. DPS arrived on scene and we remained until vehicles were removed from roadway. Once wrecker loaded vehicle all units cleared. 2 units, 3 personnel.
5:40-6:13 p.m., 1900 Block Smith Bluff. Out for a electrical smell in home. Arrived on scene to find a single story structure with nothing showing from exterior. Checked home for origin of smell. Traced down to HVCC system. Advised homeowner to have it serviced. No fire danger, all units cleared. 1 unit, 6 personnel.
9:13-10:02 p.m., 10800 Block Sam Neil. Out to a patient with a low pulse. Arrived on scene to find patient laying in bed. Got vitals on patient and charted them. Info was relayed to Scott & White EMS. EMS arrived on scene and took over patient care. Assisted them with patient. Scott & White transported. All units cleared. 3 units, 5 personnel.
Jan. 6
6:48-7:28 a.m., 284 NB. Out to a Motor Vehicle Accident with unknown injuries. Arrived on scene to find 1 vehicle with major front end damage and blocking both lanes of I-35 NB at the 284. Checked with Scott & White which was already on scene and they advised 1 patient with no injuries. Set up scene safety and cleared roadway up. Wrecker arrived on scene and removed vehicle and all units cleared. Highway opened back up. 3 units, 4 personnel.
7:01-8:42 a.m., 283 NB. Out to 283 NB for a Motor Vehicle Accident. Arrived on scene to find 3 vehicle accident. Checked patients. Only patient was a 7 ear old male. Patient complained of abdominal pain. Monitored until Scott & White Medic arrived on scene and took over patient care. Scott & White transported patient. Blocked lane of traffic until roadway was cleared. All units cleared. 3 units, 4 personnel.
11:47 a.m.- 12:27 p.m., 3500 Block Chisholm Trail. Out to a patient that had fallen and possibly hurt. Arrived on scene with Scott & White EMS Medic. We found patient to be kneeling on the floor not complaining of any injuries, just need help up. Scott & White and SVFD assisted patient up and sat in chair. No further assist needed. Got a no transport on patient and all units cleared. 1 unit, 1 personnel.
1:35-2:04 p.m., 1000 Block Mill Creek Dr. Out to a patient that had a hemorrhage or laceration to the foot. Arrived on scene to find the patient sitting in a chair and holding a towel on what appeared to be a small puncture to ankle. Patient had held pressure on wound enough to help stop the bleeding. There was obvious large puddle of blood on floor from the wound. Took some irrigation and 4x4s and cleared wound. Wound finally stopped bleeding and Scott & White arrived on scene and took over patient care. Scott & White wrapped wound and got a no transport on patient. All units cleared. 2 units, 5 personnel.
7:00-7:49 p.m., 284 NB. Out to a Motor Vehicle Accident at the 284 NB. Arrived on scene to find 1 vehicle against the wall with moderate damage to the front end. Checked for injuries and found 1 patient, no injuries. Set up scene safety and traffic control. Scott & White arrived on scene and got a no transport on patient. Able to get the vehicle moved from roadway per Salado Police Department ok. Once vehicle was off highway all units cleared. 3 units, 8 personnel.

1:46-2:28 p.m., 3800 Block Lori Ln. Out in reference to a patient having difficulty breathing. Arrived on scene to find the patient sitting in a chair. Obtained and charted vitals. Scott & White Medic arrived on scene and assumed patient care. Assisted with loading patient for transport. All units cleared. 1 unit, 2 personnel.
Jan. 10
7:38-8:11 p.m., 200 Block Salado Creek Rd. Out to Salado Creek Rd. for a victim of a fall. Arrived on scene to find patient sitting in a chair. Patient had towels over left eye. Patient was aware and SVFD had patient removed towel to see cut. Patient stated she fell at her house outside but did not lose consciousness. Patient denied any neck or back pain. Placed 4x4s to control bleeding. Scott & White Medic arrived on scene and took over patient care. Assisted loading patient on stretcher and ambulance. Scott & White transported. 2 units, 3 personnel.
