Arvel James Hall Jr., 79, of Salado, passed away Monday August 5, 2019 at his home.

A.J. was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and is survived by his wife, Carole. Arrangements are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers of Bryan College Station.

He was born April 18, 1940 Arvel James and Katherine Hall in Waco, Texas

He married Carole Lee on March 16, 1960 in Austin. 

Hall was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

He was a 25-year member of Salado Masonic Lodge #296. 

He is survived by his wife Carole, his brother Bill Hall of Salado, sons A.J. Hall III, Jeffrey Hall and Jerry Wade Hall and seven grandchildren.

Services will be private. Arrangements are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers of Bryan College Station.
