June Campbell, 103, of Salado, formerly of Henderson, Texas, passed away October 20, 2011, at the home of her daughter in Salado.
Kay Lynn Neumann, 67, of Salado, lost her battle with pancreatic cancer on Oct. 17, 2011.
Funeral services for Sharon Jungman Copeland, 63, of Salado have been set for 2:00 pm Thursday at Heartfield Funeral Home Chapel in Belton with Rev. Arthur Washburn officiating and Alan Haire doing the Eulogy. Interment will follow in Salado Cemetery.

Fred C. Price, 50, died Saturday, October 15, 2011 at his home in Kihei, Hawaii with his family by his side.
Artilla Patton 91 passed away on October 14, 2011, after an extended illness. She passed away in a nursing home in St. Louis, MO.

Funeral services for Trudy Stuart, 57, of Salado, were held October 12, 2011, at the Grace Baptist Church in Salado with Rev. Ed Thomas and Rev. Steve Waechter officiating. Burial followed at the North Belton Cemetery.

Graveside services for Freda Katherine Friedrich, 84, of Salado were held October 11, 2011 at Salado Cemetery. Friedrich passed away October 8, 2011 at a local care center.
Freda was born on December 10, 1926, the daughter of Rudolf and Elsie (Carsten) Meyer of Salado. She married Melvin Friedrich on September 10, 1949 and had been a lifelong resident of Bell County. She loved to spend time with her family and play the guitar, and she loved all animals especially horses. She also enjoyed country music and dancing the Texas Two Step.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Melvin of Salado; one son, David Friedrich of Salado; one daughter, Linda Cawthon of Salado; five grandchildren, Tina Keese, Wesley Friedrich, Scott Cawthon, Matt Cawthon, and Kristin Cawthon; two step grandchildren, David Wyman and Kimberly Krenzer; and five great-grandchildren, John Keese, Ian Cawthon, Mikayla Keese, Braden Cawthon, Noah Wyman, Ashley Krenzer and Kiera Krenzer.
