Canales passes away at age 31
Services for Clint Cole Canales, 31, were held January 13 at the First United Methodist Church in Lampasas with the Rev. Mark Barnard and J.W. Hutcherson officiating. Mr. Canales passed away Jan. 10, 2002.
Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas.
Clint was born September 20, 1970, in Temple, to Leon Canales and Alba Grace Pamplin Canales. He grew up in Lampasas and graduated in 1989 from Lampasas High School. He attended Hill College in Hillsboro and Sue Ross in Alpine. Clint was active in rodeos and especially excelled in team roping where he won many buckles and a horse trailer. He had worked as a sales manager for a manufactured housing company.
Clint married the former Trica Ann Hogan July 22, 1995. They became parents of a daughter Chayce Capri on April 24, 2000.
He was preceded in death by his mother June 9, 1998 and his father April 16, 1999 and a brother.
He is survived by his wife Trica and daughter Chayce of Lampasas, two brothers Clay Canales of Lampasas and Cody Canales of Georgetown. Other survivors include Nan Ray, Ruby Cameron and Robert Ray of Salado.
