Services for Carolyn Dunson, 75 of Salado were held Wednesday, October 12 at Grace Baptist Church with Pastor Jason Goings, officiating. Burial will be private.

Carolyn Dunson died October 9, 2016 in a local hospital. She was born October 3, 1941 in Nolan County, Sweetwater, TX to Noble and Faye Cowan. She married Royce Dunson in 1963.

She has been a resident of Salado for 18 years. Carolyn worked in the field of education, and served as the lunch-lady at Salado Middle School. Carolyn was a member of PromiseLand Church.

Survivors include a son Dathan Dunson and one grandson. In lieu of flowers, send donations in the name of Carolyn Dunson c/o Horizon Bank P. O. Box 555, Salado, TX 76571.
