There will be a 2-4 p.m. session and a 4-6 p.m. session. Paint, dye, and embellish your ostrich egg while you sip some locally made wine. The Salado Film Squad reached the state final round of competition of the UIL Focus – Young Filmmakers Festival. Their documentary, “The Heroes at Home: The Untold Story,” will be shown on April 16 at the Paramount Theater in Austin. Final awards will be announced that evening at the premiere.
The Salado United Methodist Church will host a Broadway Night 7 p.m. April 4 in the historic chapel located on the church grounds (650 Royal St.).
