Her peers try to work around her pile of books, papers, clothes, and lunch food that she “didn’t have time to eat.” Her teachers pick up after her and remind her of meetings, deadlines, and even the current day and time. She may get lovingly teased about her forgetfulness; but Artist of the Month, Sarah Simmons, is quite focused when it comes to her artwork.

UMHB Commencement for 2016 held
Belton, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor spring Commencement was held on Saturday, May 7, in Crusader Stadium. This was the university’s 160th graduating class. 558 students were awarded degrees. Of those, 397 students received baccalaureate degrees, 144 received master’s degrees, and 17 earned doctoral degrees.
