Eli Pittman scored 16 points in the first quarter, 12 of them from beyond the arc as Salado jumped out to a 26-2 lead over the Florence Buffs and the Eagles never looked back.
Salado won the game 76-25 on Nov. 19 to start their season.
Scallin led Salado with 30 points, 23 of them in the first half.
Abel followed with 17 points, including three three-pointers in the game.
Also scoring were Goings, 7 points and Brown, 6 points.
Salado Varsity Eagles won both their games over the Thanksgiving break, beating Florence on the road 61-27 on Nov. 20 and Rosebud-Lott at home 67-39 on Nov. 19.

Salado Eagles will face Pilot Point at 6 p.m. today (Dec. 2) as both teams have notched two wins in the early rounds of the Coach Smith Memorial Basketball Tournament. Pilot Point will then face the Jarrell Cougars at 9 a.m. tomorrow (Dec. 3) as they have each notched two wins.
Old foes Salado and Jarrell will tip off at 3 p.m. tomorrow (Dec. 3) in what could determine the winner of the Coach Smith Tournament, depending upon their outcomes with Pilot Point.

Salado Eagles lost their chance at the fourth-place playoff spot for District 25-4A when they fell to the Lampasas Badgers 45-59 on Feb. 19 at Liberty Hill.
Salado Eagles held on to hopes of making the playoffs last week despite a home loss to Taylor on Feb. 12. Salado beat Llano and Lampasas to force a fourth place tie with the Badgers. The two will face off in a playoff in Liberty Hill on Feb. 19.
