Idella Cownover passes away
Idella Gold Cownover, 70, of Salado, died No-vember 18, 2004 at her residence.
Funeral service were held Nov. 22, at the Second Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Temple with Bishop Hyrum Johnson of-ficiated. Burial took place Nov. 24 in Wendell, Idaho, following services at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Wen-dell.
Idella Cownover was born to Dick and Eunice Anderson Gold in Wen-dell, Idaho on Aug. 3, 1934. She graduated from Wendell High School in 1953 and St. Benedict’s Hospital School of Nursing in Ogden, Utah in 1956. She married William Nor-man Cownover in Ogden, Utah on Aug. 25, 1957. She has been a resident of Bell Country for the past 40 years. Cownover was a Registered Nurse and was formerly employed with the V.A. Hospital and Santa Fe Memorial Hospital, both in Temple.
Survivors include her former husband William Norman Cownover of Salado; three sons, William Ernest Cownover of Casper, Wyoming , Jeffrey Norman Cownover of Salado and John Douglas Cownover of Memphis, Tennessee; two daughters, Candice Adair Meyer of Casper, Wyoming and Angela Dell Wlliams of Belton; two sisters, LaRae Haberman of Jerome, Idaho and LaRue Stock-ham of Wendell, Idaho; and seven grandchildren, Morgan Williams, Kristin Williams, Ashley Williams, Heath Williams, Koby Williams, Kinsey Williams and Carter Cownover. She was pre-ceded in death by one
