Central Texas College (CTC) will host its third annual 5K run/walk on Saturday, Aug. 13 in conjunction with GeekFest. Dubbed the Super Hero Dash, the race begins at 8:30 p.m. All participants report to the CTC gym (Bldg. 151) by 8 p.m. and are encouraged to dress up as their favorite super hero.

Early registration is underway now through Aug.  4 at $25 per person (non-refundable). Late registration, Aug.5-13, is $30 per person. Children 12 and under are free. Participants who register before Aug. 4 are guaranteed a Super Hero Dash t-shirt (adult sizes only). Registration can be completed online only at the case-sensitive link bit.ly/28OjEZh. Participants should bring photo I.D. to pick up packets at the CTC gym either 5-7 p.m. Aug. 12 or 6:30-8 p.m. Aug. 13.
