Demolition work on Salado Creek bridge tonight

Texas Department of Transportation announced the following mainlane and entrance ramp closings to allow work on the demolition of the Salado Creek Bridge.

The northbound mainlane will be closed from FM 2268 (MM 283) to Thomas Arnold Rd from 7 p.m. Feb. 18 to 7 a.m. Feb. 19. The right mainlane will be closed to traffic to allow for the removal of steel beams from the northbound mainlane structure of Salado Creek bridge.

Also the FM 2268 northbound entrance ramp onto I-35 will be closed for the removal of the steel beams.
