Rosebrock scores season-high 27 points to lead Eagles
Salado Eagles beat the Robinson Rockets 66-39 in a non-conference home basketball game on Dec. 15.
The Eagles outscored Robinson 23-15 in the first quarter and 37-20 in the first half. Salado held Robinson to just two points in the third quarter while adding another 16 points for a 53-22 lead.
Three Eagles scored double figures, led by Preston Rosebrock with a season-high 27 point performance. Rosebrock was nine-of-11 at the free throw line.
Trevor Stump and Peyton Kyburz followed with 14 points each. Kyburz scored half of his at the free throw line where he shot six-of-seven. Stump had two three-pointers in the game.
Also scoring for the Eagles were Tatum, six points, Willie Whigam, three points and Phillip Sueoka, two points.
