Salado Eagles were beaten at home by Austin NE Dec. 18.

The Eagles fell behind 15-19 in the first quarter and scored another 15 points in the second to trail 30-32. Salado outscored Austin NE 21-17 in the to take a 51-49 lead heading into the fourth. The Eagles were unable to hold the lead in the fourth scored 13 points to lose 64-69.

Salado JV Eagles bested Austin NE in a home game Dec. 18.

Austin NE led Salado 10-8 in the first quarter and Salado scored 13 points in the second to take a 21-16 lead. Salado added 14 points in the third quarter to lead 35-29 and scored another 14 in the fourth to win 49-36.
