Salado Eagles will face the LaGrange Leopards in the Bi-District round of the playoffs at 7 p.m. May 3 at Hutto ISD baseball field (101 Chris Kelley Blvd).
The Eagles are the champions of District 19-4A and LaGrange is the fourth place team from District 20-4A.
Salado went undefeated through both rounds of district play, beating Lampasas in the final game of the regular season 2-0 on April 27.

Lampasas is the only team to have given Salado much trouble in their district baseball games. The Eagles scored two runs in the top of the first and held on as Ryan Oakes threw a one-hitter shutout for the 2-0 road win April 27.
The Badgers had 22 at-bats in the game as only one reached base over seven innings. Oakes struck out 11 batters and walked none.
The Eagles had six hits in the game.
With one out in the top of the first, Dalton Hawes reached on an error. He went to third on a double to deep center by Jacob Wilk. Rustin Hale singled to right to score Hawes and move Wilk to third. Wilk crossed home for the second run before the final out could be recorded in the second half of a double play.

Salado Eagles scored 11 runs in the first and four runs in the second to put away the Llano Yellowjackets 15-1 to improve to 11-0 in district play April 24.
Earning hits in the 11-run avalanche were Dalton Hawes, triple, Rustin Hale, double and Jacob Wilk, Max Marin, Dustin Heath, Ryan Oakes, all with singles.
Hawes tripled, Caleb Self and Belton Farr doubled and Dustin Heath singled in the four-run second inning.
