Edwin Moore Carpenter

Edwin Moore Carpenter, 75 of Salado, died Monday January 24, 2011 at his residence. Mr. Carpenter was born in Temple, TX, on January 11, 1936 to Willie Edwin Carpenter and Ira (Bell) Moore.

Graveside Services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday January 27, 2011 at Hillcrest Cemetery Temple, TX. 

Mr. Carpenter is preceded in death by his parents and sister. He is survived by his wife Patricia Carpenter of Temple, Son’s; Michael Carpenter and wife Nancy of Rosebud and Chris Carpenter of Salado, Grandchildren; Tyler, Austin and Ashley Carpenter of Rosebud, and Dylan Carpenter of Salado.

Mr. Carpenter was a life long Farmer/Rancher, he was a graduate of Salado High School where he played Football and Baseball. The family will receive friends at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple from 9 a.m. Thursday until time to leave for cemetery.
