Salado ISD will host a Flu Vaccine Clinic on Oct. 13.  The cost to students is $10, paid to Movax via cash or check by Oct. 7.

A preregistration form is required with payment. Forms are available a payments are accepted by the school nurses at Ashley.faglie@saladoisd.org or Ashley.hintze@saladoisd.org.

Flu vaccines will not be available to students who have not preregistered.

The CDC has recommended that only the inactivated shot be given for this flu season.  The mist will not be available.
