Gayle Blaylock Herrin

Graveside services for Gayle Blaylock Herrin, 69, of the Woodlands will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Salado Cemetery with Rev. Jay Thomas officiating.

Gayle was born in Houston on November 3, 1941, the second child of the late O.C. and Daisy (Williams) Blaylock.

She died Sunday evening, June 26, 2011 at her residence. 

When Gayle was three, the family moved to New York City. She had attended William and Mary College in Virginia before moving back to Texas, and then a few years later to Short Hills, New Jersey. 

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sharlyne and Trent Toon of Cedar Park; a sister Charlyne Davies of Laguna Niguel, California; and a granddaughter, Stella Toon of Cedar Park.
