Free event Feb. 15 answers researchers’ questions about ancestors’ military records
Question about your ancestor’s military records?
Bring a lunch (drinks provided) and join others at the free second Brown Bag Lunch at the West Waco Library and Genealogy Center on Feb. 15 at noon to find a way to get the information.
Genealogy Center Manager, Bill Buckner, will present a guided search through Fold3 to demonstrate how best to search for your ancestors military records.
Central Texas Genealogy Society meets every 4th Monday of the month except December at West Waco Library and Genealogy Center on 5301 Bosque Blvd. at 7 p.m.
West Waco Library and Genealogy Center provides resources for genealogy and family history searches. Central Texas Genealogy Society (CTGS) meets monthly to share common interests and to hear diverse speakers in the field. Subgroups of the society meet on other days of the month to discuss specific research areas. All are welcome to attend and bring a friend.
