George McAulay

George William McAulay was 76 when he died August 5, 2015 in Sun City Texas.

He is survived by his loving family, wife of 33 years, Becky, son Alan and wife Karen, daughter Caitlin Yeldell, and husband Robin. He is also survived by stepchildren Kent Lindley, Cheryl Calvin and husband Shane. He loved being grandfather to 5 grandson’s and 3 granddaughters.

His career after graduation from Abilene Christian University included becoming a CPA with Arthur Andersen, First National Bank of Dallas, Bright Banc, and J.D. & Carreker & Associates.  He developed property in Salado and retired in 2004 after selling The Store In Old Town Salado.

He served in many capacities in Dallas, Salado and Georgetown. His greatest pride was the work he did with the Georgetown church of Christ jail ministry and that his children and grandchildren were all Believers.

Services will be held Friday September 4th. Afterward, 5:30 to 7 p.m., family and friends will gather at Skillman church of Christ Rotunda 3014 Skillman Street Dallas TX 75206.
