Helen Maurice Hendrickson

Helen Maurice Hendrickson (nee Hutchens), 96, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on April 1, 2015 at home. Born and raised in Salado, TX, she lived in Freehold, NJ for many years before moving to Toms River, NJ. Helen was a former member of the First Baptist Church of Salado. She grew up loving music and enjoyed many years as a piano teacher.

She was predeceased by her parents Eustace Maurice and Ruby May (Vickrey) Hutchens; her husband Hilmer; her son John Hendrickson; and her brother Richard Hutchens. Surviving are her daughter Carol (Dominick) Cicalese of Toms River, NJ; her son Richard Hendrickson of Freehold, NJ; seven grandchildren Michael, Anna, Mark, Dominick, David, Jessica and Carol; and nine cherished great grandchildren Desiree, Dominick, Antoi-nette, Isabella, Joseph, Benjamin, Sophia, Dominick and Charlotte.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m.  Friday, April 10, at Salado Cemetery in Salado, TX officiated by Dr. Scott Merscher, Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Salado.
