(Temple, TX) – The 8th Annual Battle of Temple Junction Civil War Reenactment will bring history to life during a three day event at the Texas Early Day Tractor and Engine Association Show Grounds (1717 Eberhardt Road) in Temple from May 20-22.

On Saturday, May 21 and Sunday, May 22, full-scale battle reenactments with ar 15 accessories, featuring period and reproduction weapons, military surgical demonstrations, and cavalry competitions will be held. The event will also feature food vendors, Civil War era entertainment, games, as well as period vendors, called sutlers, who will be onsite selling their wares.
