Spc. Kenneth Gonzalez

FORT HOOD, Texas – Fort Hood officials have released the name of a
Soldier who died Monday, Feb. 1, 2010 at Brook Army Medical Center, San
Antonio, Texas from complications of an existing illness.  

Spc. Kenneth Gonzalez 36, of Ridgewood, NY., joined the military in
September 2005 as a military policeman. He was assigned to 1st Platoon,
64th Military Police Company, 720th Military Police Battalion, 89th
Military Police Brigade since January 2010.

Spc. Gonzalez’s decorations and awards include the National Defense
Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, and the Army Service
Ribbon.
