Salado Lady Eagles swept Lampasas Lady Badgers on the road, improving to 2-0 in district play on Sept. 13.

The girls had 11 aces at the service line with three girls each recording three aces: Brettney Fuller, Katie Robinson and Natalie Fort. Kerrigan Hearn and Mikaela Heiner both had an ace.

Victoria DeKay and Robinson attacked the net with 11 kills each. Salado had 36 kills in the match with Brianna Washington and Mariah Vaillancourt both recording six, and Fuller and Lindy Martin recording one each.

Vaillancourt and DeKay each had a block defensively.

Robinson and DeKay each had a dig.

Fuller had 17 assists while Martin had 16 and Fort had two.
