Madison Brooks Wolff of Salado became the bride of Jonathan David Hack of Pflugerville in a ceremony officiated by the bride’s grandfather Sam Lanham IV at the Salado United Methodist Church Chapel on April 16, 2016.
The bride is the daughter of Claire and Bill Hartman of Salado and David Wolff and Jim Carlile of Temple. She is a 2010 graduate of Salado High School. She works at First Community Title in the real estate division.
The groom is the son of Norm and Pat Hack of Pflugerville. He is a quality control and compliance assistant for State Farm Insurance. He was graduated Cum Laude from Texas State University with a bachelor of finances.
Liz Yancey of Austin served as Matron of Honor. Bridesmaids included Amber Eckstron of Salado, sister the bride, Catherine Musgrove of Augusta, Georgia and sister to the bride, Sara Goode, of Pidcoke, Texas, high school friend of the bride and Ashley Fry Lewis, of Temple, Texas, high school friend of the bride.
Best Man was Brian Hack of Edinburg, Texas, brother of the groom.
The groom’s party included Norm Hack, father of the groom, Mike Hack, of Fort Polk, LA, brother of the groom, Kevin Elaine, of Austin, TX, high school friend of the groom, Jermy Lewis, of Temple, TX high school friend of the groom
Winston Hack (canine) and William Tracy, nephew, served as ring-bearer’s.
A rehearsal dinner was held at the bride’s parent’s home in Salado where all the family members were invited to meet each other and learn about each other. Groom’s family members came from as far away as Canada.
A reception followed at The Venue, where the theme was Texas. The tables were adorned in tequila bottles with flowers done by Allie Guenther. Also on the tables were succulents in two-inch pots for the guests to take with them when they left. Food consisted of a taco bar and a queso bar provided by the Range. All the beverages besides water and tea were tequila based and Texas Beer. A full cash bar was also provided. And when the mother of the bride was so inclined, ‘shots’ were called for at the bar for all that chose to join in.
The couple took a “toss a coin” honeymoon. They left from Temple going north. They made it to Amarillo and stopped at the Cadillac Ranch. They flipped the coin and went West to Denver. They flipped a coin and went west again to Utah. They flipped a coin again and went south to Las Vegas. Stayed at the Paris and were upgraded to the Penthouse Suite. They returned home in time to go back to work Monday, April 25.
The couple will reside in Austin.
