Noel also drilled in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Virginia, and throughout Texas. Noel built Scully Exploration LLC into a leading Texas oil and gas exploration firm.
Noel loved music of all genres but his favorite was “The Blues”. He was always singing or whistling a tune.
