New traffic pattern will take effect in Salado on Feb. 8

Starting Feb. 8, at 7 a.m., the U-turn off of the northbound frontage road to Main St. will close. Northbound frontage road traffic will drive to the intersection with Main St. and turn right to access downtown Salado on new temporary pavement. Access to Main St. will be maintained. Northbound and southbound traffic, on Main St., will still be able to access downtown. Mill Creek Dr. and Salado Plaza Rd. will continue to have access to Main St. The contractor will be preparing to construct the new northbound frontage road in this area.
