Services for Randall Scott Zak, 43, of Salado, will be 1 p.m. Friday, December 13, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.  Burial will follow in Temple Garden of Memories.

Randall Scott  Zak died Friday, December 6, 2013, at his residence.

He was born in Temple on October 23, 1970, to Felix and Betty Ann Zak.  He attended high school in Killeen and went to college at TSTC in Waco.  He worked for HEB for a time and, in 2007, became the owner of a Mission Taco franchise.  He married Davie L. Milstead in Bell County on June 6, 1992.

Survivors include his father, Felix C. Zak; mother and step-father, Betty Ann and John Carpenter; his wife, Davie; two sons, Clayton and Braydon Zak; and a sister, Jennifer Lynn Pavone.  

Visitation will be 6 – 8 p.m. Dec. 12, at the funeral home.
