The Team now has over 85 years of combined real estate experience and consists of Ryan Hodge, Larry Wentrcek, Angie Neas and Rita Oden. The team has been specifically designed to provide exceptional service with proven results while maintaining the personal touch.

Rita is married to Mike Oden of Garlyn Shelton Volkswagen.  They have 6 children and 6 grandchildren.  Not only has Rita been a leader in the industry, but also a leader in our community. She was elected to the Salado ISD School Board twice, serving six years as Director, Secretary and Vice President. She has been a Director and Secretary for the Salado Chamber of Commerce as well as Director, Secretary and Vice President for the Salado Lions Club.  At her church, she has served as Sunday School Teacher, Youth Chairman and Activity Coordinator. Rita is a Public Speaker and Actress for Salado Silver Spur Theater, Tablerock Amphitheatre, Living Room Theater and The Go Game.  She is also a Bell County Master Gardener.

Her passion for babies led her to volunteer at Hope Pregnancy Center as an Options Counselor, Client Services Coordinator and Parenting Class Teacher for 7 years.  She has also served as a Child Patient Advocate and Baby Rocker at Baylor Scott & White Hospital.

Rita has held many professional leadership positions within the Temple Belton Board of Realtors including Director, Secretary, Grievance Chairman (8 years), Membership Chairman and Public Relations Chairman.  She consistently participates in continuing educational opportunities, sales training, and leadership training.”
