Specialist Ryan A. Hill
FORT HOOD, Texas – Fort Hood officials have released the name of a
Soldier who died March 25, 2010 after being found unresponsive at his home and could not be revived at Carl R. Darnall Medical Center Emergency Room here.
Specialist Ryan A. Hill, 29, of Garland, Texas, joined the military in August 2005 as a food service specialist. He was assigned to Bravo Company, Warrior Transition Battalion.
Hill deployed in Support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from Nov. 2005
through Nov. 2006. Hill’s awards and decorations include the Army Commendation Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon and Combat Action Badge.
Circumstances surrounding this incident are under investigation.
