Salado Eagles cruised to a win over the visiting Florence Buffaloes Dec. 8.

The Eagles jumped out to a 22-6 first quarter lead and scored 24 points in the second to lead 46-15. Salado led 55-20 in the third quarter and added another 19 points in the fourth for the 74-25 win.

Goings led Salado in scoring with 28 points. Also scoring for Salado were Self, 10 points, Luke Law, 9 points, Gonzalez, 6 points, Miller, 5 points, Mescher, 4 points, Wilson, 4 points, Latrell Jenkins, 3 points, Owen Pitcock, 3 points, Ihler, 2 points.

Salado JV Eagles beat the Florence Buffaloes Dec. 8.

Salado led 17-4 in the first and scored 13 in the second to lead 30-12. The JV Eagles scored 8 in the third and 14 in the fourth for a 52-28 win.

Benavides led Salado in scoring with 12 points. Also scoring for Salado were Gilpin, 11 points, Pettigrew, 10 points, Llobergat, 8 points, Sirmon, 7 points, Lewis, 3 points, English, 2 points.
