Salado Public Library expanded to double its size
New space includes large children’s area, genealogy space
Salado Public Library held an open house 2-4 p.m. May 19 to unveil its expansion.
The Library has undergone a six-month construction project which basically doubled its space. New space is available for meetings, for genealogy and for children’s books. The Book Ends shop has also been renovated recently and is again open for business. The expansion was paid for with savings by the Salado Public Library District and donations from the Friends of the Salado Public library.
