Funeral services for Sandy Evans Scully, 65, of Temple, were held Feb. 7 at the Dossman Funeral Home in Belton with Robert Whitefield officiating.   Burial followed at the Salado Cemetery.

The family received friends for visitation Feb. 6 at Dossman funeral home.

Sandy Evans Scully died Thursday, February 5, 2015, at her home in Temple

Sandy Scully was preceded in death by her parents, Emil David and Geraldine Evans and brother David Evans.

Sandy Evans Scully was born in Belton, July 5, 1949.  

She grew up in Salado, graduated from Salado High School and attended the University of Mary Hardin Baylor.

In the 1980’s,  she owned a bail bonds company.  She later became a realtor for a career lasting more than 20 years.  She was a member of the 3C Cowboy Fellowship Church in Salado.

She is survived by her son Trey Bethke and his wife Diana of College Station, one brother Sam Evans and wife Julie of Belton and sister-in-law Dean Evans of Salado; two grandchildren Kyle and Reagan Bethke and nephews and nieces.
