Aldermen postpone action on wastewater services, agreement, donation agreement and development agreement until Sept. 3 deadline

Salado aldermen voted unanimously tonight to postpone action regarding the wastewater services agreement, the donation agreement, the warranty deed and the development agreement with The Sanctuary Development until Sept. 3 at which time any agreements between the Village and the developer may dissolve.

Aldermen revisit donation, wastewater agreements with Sanctuary developers during Aug. 27 meeting

Salado aldermen at their Aug. 20 meeting approved the issuance of $8.2 million in bonds for the construction of a sewer system authorized by voters in November 2014. The issuance of the bonds came three days after village aldermen approved a Donation Agreement and a Wastewater Services Agreement with The Sanctuary Development Company.
