Ricky Lyn Tantillo passes away
Rick. Lyn Tantillo, born June 25, 1958 died March 21.
Rick was a native of Port Arthur and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High
School. He was primarily a craftsman and painter, but was known for his creative work in remodeling old houses. Rick loved people and was always ready to lend a helping hand to others.
Rick is survived by his mother, Martha Gibbs Mosley of Taylor; sister, Tanye Tantillo of Beorne; brothers, Randy Tantillo of Conroe and Ryan Tantillo of Taylor. In addition Rick is survived by his grandmother, Josephine Misuraca Tantillo of Port Necho and Edith Walker Gibbs of Salado, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father Joe V. Tantillo; grandfathers Natale Tantillo and L.G. Gibbs and uncle, Larry Gibbs.
Graveside services were conducted by Father Adam Martiney, March 24 at Cedar Valley Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Sid Lambert of Port Arthur, Dalton Gibbs of Taylor, Jim Kelly of Houston, Danny Vargas of Taylor, Wally Hernandez of Taylor, and Julian Vera of Austin.
Goodnight Funeral Home of Bartlett was in charge of arrangements.
