The Village of Salado will conduct a Town Hall Forum at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 14 on agreements recently signed by the Mayor and Sanctuary Development Co.

The Municipal Building is located at 301 N. Stagecoach Drive.

The Forum will include a review of the documents that were signed on Nov. 25,  which include a Wastewater Services Agreement, Master Development Agreement, Tourism Marketing Agreement, and Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement.

There also will be  an opportunity for residents to ask questions.

Sanctuary plans a 297-acre development south and east of Salado. The development is anticipated to include single- and multi-family residences, retail, restaurant, and hotel development.   Sanctuary will donate six acres of land for a wastewater treatment facility as well as a sewer permit from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
