Salado Lady Eagles are 7-1 in the young softball season after competing in the recent Franklin Softball tournament.
Salado varsity Eagles swept a double-header from Caldwell varsity March 7 winning 7-3 and 10-5.
It took two 10-minute overtime periods in a scoreless match followed by a shoot out for the Salado Lady Eagles to see their perfect soccer record fall at the hands of heated rival Liberty Hill Lady Panthers.
