Salado Eagles varsity basketball team is clearly in the driver’s seat of District 19-4A, having beaten every opponent in the loop. Most of the games haven’t even been close with the Eagles winning four of the five district games by double figures.

Salado led the Rogers Eagles 16-14 in the first quarter and were tied 16-16 at the half. Salado Eagles fell behind 36-37 in the third quarter and put away Rogers with 15 fourth quarter points for the 51-48 win.
