Our neighbor, Aline Wilson, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 23, 2023 at her home in Salado. Services for Aline will be held this Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Salado. Interment will take place the week of February 6 in Forest Park, Cemetery, Houston.

Forrest was born in Phoenix, Arizona.

Services for Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Richard Grimes Castle will be  10 a.m. Jan. 23 at Texas State Cemetery, Austin, with full Military Honors.

LTC Castle died on December 1, 2022, at his residence in Salado.  

Dr. Timothy G. Woodcock

Memorial Services for Dr. Timothy G. Woodcock, 67, of Salado, will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at St. Joseph’s Episcopal Church in Salado, Texas. Dr. Woodcock honorably donated his body to science and will be cremated then returned to the family in the spring. A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held in the spring.
