The services for Gene H. Faulkner Bingham of Temple, Texas, age 89, were held in Salado, Texas, at the Salado United Methodist Church Columbarium with military honors.

Giddings Cici Wolridge put an end to the Salado Lady Eagles’ soccer season when she ran the length of the field and put the ball past the goal keeper with 25 seconds left in the first period of overtime of the Area round soccer match between the Lady Eagles and the Giddings Lady Buffaloes March 29.
Patsy Ann Lewis Mayfield Davis, surrounded by four generations of her family, met her Savior on March 23, 2022. Patsy was born in Plainview, Texas on December 6, 1933 to John Clarence and Claudia Shropshire Lewis. She grew up in Winters and Brownfield, graduating from Brownfield High School in 1951. She graduated from Wayland Baptist University in 1955. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Education from Texas Tech University in 1959.
George Nick Hoellen IV was born May 6, 1951, in Chicago, Illinois and died Monday, March 21, 2022 in Salado, Texas after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.
